We at Eisenhower Property Group (doing business as EPG, or Berry Bay) (“EPG, Berry Bay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), are committed to continuously improving access to our website and its functionality for all people, including those with disabilities. Beyond our legal commitment to do so under the Americans with Disabilities Act, it’s just the right thing to do.

The World Wide Web Consortium (or “W3C”) (whose mission is the promotion of the international integration and interoperability of the “Web”) has issued Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”), the current version of which is 2.2. Under WCAG, companies are graded AAA, AA, or A, based on how close they come to fully implementing the guidelines. Our website fully conforms with the WCAG 2.2 grade of AA accessibility guidelines.

Overall, our website is also compliant with the W3C’s current Authoring Tool Accessibility Guidelines (“ATAG”) used by developers to create fully functioning websites. This means that our website displays correctly in current browsers and likely will in future browsers.

We are committed to maintaining and improving our WCAG grade despite the difficulty in coping with constantly changing information technology (“IT”). Of course, a change to one IT platform (sometimes even a very small one) can have knock-on effects on others.

We continuously monitor and assess our website by various means (including page-testing and external vendor assessments) to ensure that the WCAG standards already met are not negated due to IT interoperability and other issues.

We will continue to revise this Web Accessibility Statement as and when necessary to comport with the latest WCAG guidelines and to announce accessibility developments and/or improvements.
